About This Project

Business Problem

A consulting firm implemented a new method of talking about value to customers.  They requested training as part of the rollout of this new process.

My Solution

I created an eLearning series featuring two charismatic and well-respected SMEs in the company.  This series featured a mix of explanatory video, animations, activities, role play demonstrations, and case studies.

Results

  • Satisfaction rating: 4.85/5

  • Our team was not permitted to view specific data on measured competencies for the privacy of the learners*

*It is always best to get data on how the learner behaviors have changed post-training.  However, often a business is not willing or able to collect or share this data with a L&D Team.

Great job

This did a great job of laying out how to talk about value with the client without getting bogged down. Concepts were clearly outlined while not being too prescriptive allowing you to see how they could be applied to any number of situations.
