Business Problem
New hires were not consistently completing their operational tasks on time, despite going through an existing training on how to do their operational tasks.

My Solution
I performed qualitative analysis on the target leaner population in order to find out why the existing training was not sufficient. I found that many in the target audience did not understand the importance of completing their admin tasks on time, resulting in a lax attitude towards completing them.
I developed a new training with a large focus on the "why" and not just the "what" and "how."

Results
There was a 37% reduction in missing timecards in the learner's first 180 days compared to the average before the launch of the course.
