About This Project
Business Problem
The business identified core competencies for creating and delivering effective presentations and required training to develop these competencies in their employees.
My Solution
I developed a two-part instructor-led workshop. Part 1 taught planning, organizing, and designing the presentation according to the company competencies. Part 2 taught presentation delivery skills and required participants to practice their presentation delivieries during the course.
Results
Satisfaction rating: 4.74/5*

*Reminder: with instructor-led training, a large part of the satisfaction score is dependent on the skill of the facilitator.
** It is always best to get data on how the learner behaviors have changed post-training. However, often a business is not willing or able to collect or share this data with a L&D Team.
