About This Project

Business Problem
New Hire consultants had outdated and poorly-recieved training on the expectations required of them by the business.
The business identified 52 topics they wanted to cover with an insistance that the course may not go above 8 hours of total instruction time.

My Solution
I worked with stakeholders and subject matter experts to narrow their content down to 11 of their most vital topics. In this way, the content could be reasonably taught in their given timeframe with enough time for the activities, discussions, and networking needed to achieve lasting impact.
I created two half-day virtual instructor-led sessions hosted every month.

Results
Learners who took the course: 6,498
Satisfaction rating: 4.77/5 Stars*
The course became a staple of the new hire onboarding with high praise from attendees and their managers
Our team was not permitted to view specific data on consultant performance**
*Reminder: with instructor-led training, a large part of the satisfaction score is dependent on the skill of the facilitator.
**It is always best to get data on how the learner behaviors have changed post-training. However, often a business is not willing or able to collect or share this data with a L&D Team.
